Parking is to the rear of the cottage from where there is access up steps to the back door and into the newly fitted utility area where you can clean and store your outdoor gear. Be careful not to hit your head on the way through to the sitting room which is delightfully characteristic with lovely old beams, deep set windows and original period doorways (TV, video, stereo, fire place with multi-fuel stove). The dining kitchen is newly fitted in natural woods. A small den with restricted headroom is to the left of the stairs - ancient stone steps worn hollow with time - which lead to the two bedrooms on the first floor - one double and one twin. Neat bathroom (bath with electric shower over, basin) and separate loo. The cottage has mostly fitted carpets with some stone floors. Off peak storage heating and “real fire” keep you cosy and warm in any season. The cottage is complemented by comfortable modern style furnishings in the living room whilst the bedrooms are more traditional.

Outside: Porchway off the sitting room leads to a tiny patio garden where there is room to sit outside. Private parking for one car to the rear of the cottage after you have negotiated a rather narrow entrance.
